Alberta has an abundance of the leftovers from burning coal for many decades as fly ash. We also have a large amount of dolomite with high calcium and magnesium content. We are running tests at the university of Alberta for alternative binder for AAC and Hempcrete.

Yes please publish your findings when you get your test results. Very keen to hear about new technologies that repurpose and re-use waste of by products not only for the ecological implications but to see if you are doing as part of your study the possible cost savings because not all of us have disposable philanthropic income.?
